Marcie Vaske is a Licensed Nutritionist with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals restore their health through personalized, root-cause nutrition care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition, a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health and Athletic Training, and serves as Vice-Chair of the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition.
Marcie believes that every person’s health journey is unique, and their nutrition plan should be too. Her philosophy is centered on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of illness rather than simply managing symptoms. By combining evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine principles, and compassionate coaching, she partners with each client to create realistic, sustainable changes that support lifelong health.
Her passion for nutrition is deeply personal. After navigating her own health challenges—including digestive issues, infertility, and years spent searching for answers—Marcie experienced firsthand the transformative power of personalized nutrition. Those experiences shaped the way she practices today, allowing her to care for clients with both clinical expertise and genuine empathy.
