Lauren Ganim MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian Lauren Ganim MS, RDN

Lauren is a registered dietitian who approaches health through a whole-person lens, recognizing the interconnectedness of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being.

She works with both children and adults, specializing in eating disorders, mental health, gut health, and chronic conditions such as diabetes, GERD, and high cholesterol. Lauren views the human body as an intelligent, adaptive system, and believes that sustainable healing comes from understanding the why behind symptoms—not just addressing them in isolation.

Lauren is a lifelong learner and considers working with the human body an ongoing education. Her approach is informed by continued training in functional medicine, Eastern medicine, and herbalism, allowing her to integrate evidence-based care with a broader, systems-oriented perspective.

Her personal journey with her own body has been complex and ultimately transformative. Having healed from an eating disorder that began at a young age, as well as navigating and resolving her own gut health challenges, Lauren brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her work. This combination allows her to meet clients with deep compassion, credibility, and understanding.

Where appropriate, Lauren shares tools and insights from her own healing process alongside her clinical knowledge, helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies and move toward balance with confidence and support.

Outside of her work, Lauren enjoys running, fitness, hiking, and spending time outdoors, which further informs her respect for the body’s resilience and brilliance.

Nicole Sohayegh, MS RD CDN CLT
Registered Dietitian Nicole Sohayegh, MS RD CDN CLT

Nicole is a registered dietitian passionate about guiding clients toward sustainable, whole-body wellness, whether that means healing their relationship with food, addressing complex gut health concerns such as IBS, GERD, or dysbiosis, or navigating autoimmune conditions with clarity and support.

Having personally healed her own body and relationship with food, Nicole brings a deep level of compassion, empathy, and understanding to every session. She believes that effective care must be individualized and views health as an integrated system, where the body functions as a coordinated whole rather than a collection of isolated parts.

Nicole’s approach blends evidence-based nutrition with behavioral and emotional support, incorporating tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional regulation strategies, and functional nutrition principles. Her goal is to help clients create realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health rather than short-term fixes.

To further personalize care, Nicole offers advanced functional testing, including:

  • MRT LEAP food sensitivity testing

  • DUTCH hormone testing

  • GI-MAP microbiome assessments

These tools allow for a deeper understanding of underlying patterns and support targeted, informed interventions.

Outside of her clinical work, Nicole enjoys experimenting with new recipes, spending time in nature, and connecting with loved ones, values that reflect her belief that nourishment extends beyond food to how we live, rest, and relate.
