Meet the Team
The Harvest Method is a specialized nutrition practice focused on true healing through the power of food and emotional intelligence. Our team of dedicated dietitians provides holistic, person-centered care, with expertise in eating disorders and functional medicine, helping patients achieve health and wellness through personalized, compassionate guidance.

I am a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, functional and integrative nutrition, and behavioral health. My background in classical ballet and Pilates gave me a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the mind-body connection. Through this lens, I developed a method incorporating functional nutrition, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness to ensure personalized, holistic care that supports sustainable healing and growth.
I guide my clients using four key pillars: self-knowledge, self-care, self-trust, and self-respect, helping them achieve balance, health, and longevity. My clients are often high-performance individuals who seek to maintain peak wellness and long-term success. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your journey!

As a dietitian specializing in eating disorders and mental health, I help individuals heal their relationship with food and body while working towards optimizing their overall well-being. My approach is holistic, with personalized plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. I find joy in supporting individuals on their health journeys towards a more authentic and nourished life. In addition to my work in nutrition, I am an artist and a lover of the outdoors, drawing inspiration from the beauty and balance found in nature. I bring this same focus on cultivating balance into my work with clients, helping them achieve harmony in both their physical and mental well-being.

As a Registered Dietitian, I look at the body as a whole and a person in their entirety, exploring the physical, mental, and emotional manifestations of health. I work with both children and adults, specializing in eating disorders, mental health, gut health, and a variety of chronic conditions (diabetes, GERD, high cholesterol, etc.). Working with the human body means I am a forever student, and my approach encompasses ongoing education in functional medicine, eastern medicine, and herbalism.
My personal experience with my body has been quite a journey, but ultimately a blessing, as I feel having gone through and healed from an experience provides you with the knowledge and compassion to guide others in doing the same. I am fortunate enough to have healed from an eating disorder that began at a young age, as well as my own gut health issues, successfully fostering my body back into balance. My path to healing resulted in a deeper understanding and relationship with my body, and is a gift I hope to give to those who work with me. Where applicable, I provide my clients with guidance and tools that I used from my own healing journey, as well as my professional knowledge.
I’m passionate about the human body and its brilliance, and absolutely love what I do. Outside of my work, I love running, fitness, hiking, and all things outdoors.

I am passionate about guiding you toward your health goals, whether they be healing your relationship with food, your gut health (IBS, GERD, dysbiosis), or autoimmune conditions. Having personal experience with healing my own body and connection with food, I bring compassion and empathy to every session and tailor counseling to each individual’s needs. I approach health as an integrated system, understanding that our parts are not separate but a symphony working together. I aim to help you find long-lasting habit changes to achieve your goals and whole-body wellness using techniques and tools such as CBT, emotional regulation, and other modalities. In my free time, I love trying new recipes, spending time in nature, and getting quality time with loved ones.

I am a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders and dedicated to helping you heal your relationship with food and your body while honoring individual needs and preferences. Through my experiences working with eating disorders in the treatment setting, I witnessed the complexity of individual relationships with food and the myriad of factors that influence these relationships including emotional and physical health, interpersonal relationships, self concept and environment. I feel it is vital to take a holistic approach to care in order to make sustainable changes. As an avid learner, I am excited to broaden my skillset by studying functional medicine to further embody the client-centered approach. I believe in the power of compassionate support and creating a safe space for exploration and growth. By prioritizing emotional and physical wellness, I hope to empower individuals to cultivate a balanced, joyful relationship with food, free from the constraints of dieting and societal pressures.
In my free time, I love to travel, try new restaurants, enjoy joyful moments through a barre or pilates class, and spend quality time with friends and family.
I am excited to get to know you and work alongside you in your journey to prioritizing yourself!
